Skyrim Mouse Control Issues - Using other mouse buttons

Hi Is it possible to use other mouse buttons than just the L and R and Scroll buttons? I I have a Logitech X518 and playing a Mage would like to use other mouse buttons to rotate spells etc, can anyone let me know if this is possible and how they did it? Many thanks

I have a Logitech G500 and I can bind the thumb buttons to any of the available commands, which I did, and was wondering why I couldn't drop items from ym inventory :P
