Possibly moving into one of those annexe places at the side of a house. Looking to move my UPC package with me. The owners of the proprty live in the adjoining house. It's one if those extension built places I'm going to. As far as I know the owner has UPC of some sort. Basic package and another ISP. Am I able to move my own service to the extension area as a separate account. Or is there only one connection per site as such. Moving in 2 weeks

Use the same address as the house, just call the extension, the house number plus A(house No1,Extension No1A)

In the middle of this myself and it is proving to be an absolute nightmare. A UPC specialist came out and reviewed the area and said it is possible to connect to the new building, which is no more than 10ft away from a building which has UPC but we cannot get anyone from UPC to do the cabling. They refuse to give me any sort of time frame in which the job can be done or price on the job.

Calling Sky at lunch today to see what they can do for me. If they can set me up quick, I will go with them. UPC customer care is appalling in relation to this kind of job.
