    Hi!
    im in my final year of college and i have a quiery...

    im thinking of applying for either a masters or for a hdip!
    I am thinking of taking a year out to work for funding for the postgrad!

    im just wondering is it possible to defer a place if im offered a place or would i have to go straight into or apply the year after!

    It varies by university, by faculty, even by course. There's no general rules. However the institutions that allow you to defer are in a minority, most don't from my experience.
