Need one of these yokes to fit to my immersion tank. Says it's 3kw max load. I make that 12 amps @ 240v. This enough for my immersion tank? Any one used something similar or as simple to operate?

It will be able to handle the immersion alright. Never bought one, but made similar using electronic components and relay for a boost button for my gas boiler, which only has a mechanical clock.

The 3kw rating is probably for 230v so would be 13 amps, if 240 connected to a 230v 3kw element, it will then be 3.2kw and draw 13.5 amps. Timer will be fine for it though.
