Hi, trying to locate a cheaper alternative to and IP44 cabinet which is extremely expensive for what it is. UK suppliers have similar ones in stock but the dimensions are not exactly the same. Hi, trying to locate a cheaper alternative to and IP44 cabinet which is extremely expensive for what it is. UK suppliers have similar ones in stock but the dimensions are not exactly the same. Has anyone sourced a similar item from the UK and has ESB accepted the substituted item? It is for a metered single phase supply. I have read the ESB code of practise but can only find min values for depth, height etc and now I'm not even sure if I need an IP44 or an IP55. Can anyone shed some light?
