Don't mind scrambled egg with toast but I hate making eggs and seeing the white gelly bits attatched to eiher end of the yolk and small brown bits inside the eggs, disgusting.

Or maybe its just the eggs I'm buying!

Someone said to me last night that since eggs that we eat are unfertilized, when you're eating eggs you're eating a chicken period.

    I don't think I'll ever eat them again. :(

Eat them raw out of a fiood blender.

With Eye Of The Tiger playing in the background.

Chicken usually. Sometimes goose. Love the eggs, any which way at all.

Poached and a bit runny. Soak up residue with toast = nom.

Fairly disgusting at the same though, agreed.

Soft boiled then you butter toast and cut it into little squares - egg and soldiers -

He couldn't tell me anything I didn't know about the old boy's
eccentricity. This Lord Worplesdon was Florence's father. He was the
old buster who, a few years later, came down to breakfast one morning,
lifted the first cover he saw, said "Eggs! Eggs! Eggs! Damn all eggs!"
in an overwrought sort of voice, and instantly legged it for France,
never to return to the bosom of his family. This, mind you, being a
bit of luck for the bosom of the family, for old Worplesdon had the
    worst temper in the county.

    I'm with Worplesdon.

    Eggs?

    NO!!!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 11,909 ✭✭✭✭Wertz

Scrambled on the pan....hate the white on it's own and not a big fan of runny yoke since I out grew dipping them with bread.
Can't stand hard boiled or poached or even normal scrambled...it's greasy frying pan or nothing.

Eggs are the stable of my life, I love them have at least 2 a day and a cholesterol level of 3. its actually a myth eggs cause high cholesterol.

I love them in many ways and I could probably live on them alone, OK I would need the odd vege and bread.

I like them everyway they are the perfect fast food, rich in protein and fats and very filling. That way they prevent me from further fattening snacking.

If you wish to experiment try this. Fry an egg sprinkle the sunny side up with tobasco sauce and parmesan cheese, then flip it as normal, it just works.
