Office/Warehouse in Mayo with fibre connection

Hello all, Does anyone know if or where in Mayo has offices or warehouses with a fibre connection? I have seen offices advertised in Clairmorris connected to the MAN that offer 4Mb. Thats far too slow. I am looking for somewhere with at least a 100Mb connection. Anyone have any ideas?

You can get 100Mb anywhere on the MAN in Claremorris. You'll pay for it, though.
