    Long time lurker, first time poster...

    Due to the weather we are having/likely to keep having, I'm determined to get myself in good health over the winter months.

    I searched the forum, found a couple of threads with people discussing recommended fitness coaches etc, but I'm more interested in anyone's ideas of home exercises...using dumbells and that, that have shown results.

    All the youtube videos are fine, but I'd like to hear some real life experiences of certain exercises working and improving your game or increasing your swing speed or whatever.

    Ideally I'd like to increase my balance, lag and swing speed, but wouldn't we all!

    Buy yourself a excerise ball and look up TPI( titleist preformance institute) they have loads of good stuff on there for core excerises, its all about the core for power.

    CORE Core Core; You need a solid center;

    There are loads of good core workouts out there and you dont need weights much either;

    Also a balance board; Dont need to go out and buy one it can be made easily yourself.
