I'm wondering if there are any decent courses out there that teach you the proper fundamentals of investing? I'm not a total beginner I keep an eye on a few things and know the basics - but not enough really to start risking my own money without really knowing what I'm doing. Can anyone recommend courses you can do to give you a starting chance?
    Thanks

Read all of this, and you should be off to a good start.

    Investing or trading?

If investing, then I think A Random Walk Down Wall Street would be a good book to start on.

Hey Colly I'm doing this course right now with Independent Colleges: http://www.independentcolleges.ie/faculty-of-business/diploma-in-financial-trading

I'm really enjoying it and although I've been investing for years I'm finding it really good so far (it's more focused on "trading" than "investing" in the classic sense)
