hi i am looking for walnut and oak nice quality engineered floors for new house - I really need to get a bargain on them as we are now at the wrong end of the budget overall! any suggestions?? Also looking for kitchen worktops - wanted a beigy brown practical top (so not marble) - but again very hard to get somewhere well…
