extremely cracked and broken pores on nose

Ok guys I have very bad cracked and broken pores on my nose. I am very conscious of them and would do anything to get rid of them. They come from bad acne I had due to medication I had to take during my teens. Some advice would be greatly appreciated, have heard of laser needling as a possible treatment?

use E45 for dry skin, keep your skin moistured at all times of the day and exfoliate your skin twice a week!
