    Havent taken anything in a while so was very rusty but got a few I linked. I was on the wrong side of the ring and shooting into the light.

    I like the 1st and 2nd photos as you can see the boxer's face and eyes. Also his opponent is also in the frame which adds to it.

    Don't like the 3rd one as I can't see them clearly/body parts in the way.

    What settings, lens did you use?
    I shot some recently, here's the thread with my photos. It's hard isn't it?

    these seem a little soft, the second looks like you may have tried NR already? whilst they do look good from a distance, print quality make take a hit as a result

    thanks guys, I liked the 3rd one because the eye is focused on his opponent.

    d90 with a 35mm 1.8, high iso mostly. I've switched from Canon so getting used to it still.

    All the light was on far side of the ring so I'll go there the next day and hopefully will get better shots.
