I have a real problem, I think it may be acid reflux as I have a meal before I go to bed. When I wake up in the morning my stomach is upset, whether I eat or not I get sick even if it nothing really in my stomach. Then I'll have an really upset stomach and no appetite. don't assume your symptoms are down to reflux. you need to go to your doctor and get checked out.
