I'm looking for one of these, can't find them from an Irish seller. Plenty on ebay for about 70 euro inc shipping, form HK so bending is always a risk as it's got so much ground to cover :P

Anyone have one, where did you get it + how much? Looking to get it as cheap as possible of course but I know it's not exactly a budget piece of kit.

Because Prometheus barrels are better? That's what most of the forums I've read seem to say.

in my experience the madbull ones are just as good as any others.......... i use the madbull ones in most of my guns!

yup for the massive cost and risk you're better of getting the Madbull you're not going to notice a difference that's worth 40 euro or so..

Prometheus barrels are stronger than Madbull barrels. However, I do not believe they perform significantly better to justify their substantially inflated costs.

    i got a madbull 6.01 509mm of ehobbyasia for $40 including $20 or so P&P.

Havnt had a single problem with it at all, getting great accuracy off it.

To be fair any of the tightbore barrels I have ordered have been very well packaged, normally in some kind of hard cardboard tube (like a smaller poster tube). Not as likely to be damaged.
I have ordered from several of the Hong kong sites with zero problems.:)
