    I applied for christmas staff in argos, flexible working hours, past experience and not even an interview?

    I applied there last year despite some sales/retail charity shop experience obviously not enough. Too many applied I imagine and might have left it too late yet I applied in October once I knew they were advertising for Christmas staff not so much as a call or an interview. Sent in my CV too and Nada!
