breville blender and tamper proof screws

I recently inherited a breville bl19 blender from work. there's doesn't seem to be any power going to it and I want to try to open it up. they seem to be similar enough to a torx screw but I can't find a screwdriver to fit it

You can buy sets of so-called security bits for a screwdriver with a standard hex socket easily in any hardware store. If it's one that looks like a torx it's probably one with a small pin in the middle, and there's a bit with a corresponding hole down the centre that fits it.
