Radical Scooters? Any experience?

    i am looking at buying an electric ride on car for my daughter for Christmas from www.radicalscooters.ie . Just wondering did anyone have any experience with the company. I have seem some bad feedback on some websites. any info would be great.

    BEWARE and AVOID A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!

    We ordered a quad for our sons birthday last Nov 2010. Prices were v good and initial contact was promising. However, when my husband tried to assemble it, he discovered it was broken. Contacted Justin who agreed he would replace it, but he didn't grasp the importance of replacing it as quickly as he had processed the original order in order to avoid disapointing a child on his birthday - subsequently discovered that he actually couldnt care less. Anyway long story short, he collected the scooter within 48 hours (told me that he really should be charging me for collecting - as I had refused to return it myself) No replacement was available and he would have it repaired. The plastic frame was cracked in several places and so we insisted on a new replacement. Several broken promises and afternoons sitting in waiting for him. We gave up, demanded our money back and bought a great Suzuki Quad in Smyths (dearer but far superior) Justin then decided he wouldn't refund all the money because he didn't refund deliver of broken goods. So I gave dealing with this unprofessional and incompetent individual and got my money back in full through my credit card. Never again!
