I know there is a few threads on this but I havnt been able to find what I'm looking for. Is there anywhere you can get the old 12 week blow dry, the one with the chemical in it that the HSE banned, like northern Ireland or the UK? I've askedd google a few questions but I can't seem to find out if salons in NI or UK are…
