    Hello,
Any advice out there on the latest legal status on points? I received letter in post along with photo of my car reg doing over the limit speed. I thought I read recently in Limerick and Dublin whereby the Judge threw out some cases as defendants stated they didn't receive the notice in the post. The fact that the letter is non registered there is no proof of receipt. However, I did receive this letter like all others, but where lies the proof?

Can I wiggle out of this?

So, can you toss the letter and say you didn't get it?
Sure, give it a go. Report back here after your court appearance.

How do you feel about taking your chances lying to a judge?
