    Hello,

enquiring if there what requirements can a employer impose on a worker for them to take annual leave?

Asking as my current employer requires that if I wish to book one day in the weekend I have to book another two days either before or after the day I wish to book in the weekend inorder for me to be allowed to take that one day off.

I've never come across this system before and not sure if it is legal or not.

What does your contract of employment state?

Never heard of this one before, doubt it's illegal though.
