    I have done it once...it starts in the Brickey Rangers pitch ( out past the old Dungarvan glass factory )
    If memory serves me he first mile is flat,then you take a left downhill to the off road section which is along the canal on small dirt track for about 2/2.5m roughly then your back on the road for the last mile or so which includes a decent hill beofre the end.
    All in all a low key race but if you have nothing better on its worth a trip as West waterford are organising it and always get things right.

    Thanks for that. Will i survive in a pair of normal road shoes or would some sort of trail shoes be required.
