Receeding Gums

    I have slightly receeding gums on one incisor tooth on the top right.

    My gums don't appear to have receeded on any other teeth. I believe it was due to brushing too hard when I was a teen.

    I spend 3 mins brushing every morning and between 8 and 10 mins every night (Dont floss but this is due to pretty bad overcrowing which is currently being rectified by my braces (Traintracks).

    I wondered is it possible to have this gum reinstated? I think it will spoil the overall apperance once my smile is finished if it is left as is..
