    Hi

We are an medium size cleaning company. We work with about 6 construction companies.Three of them deduct 35% taxes on each invoice and 3 dont do it.My accountant reckon that deducting 35% from a cleaning company is wrong and it shouldnt happend.Three companies also agreed with him.The other three rekon that is ilegal to dont deduct 35% taxes.Ringing revenue made the issue even more complicate.1 man told me they shouldnt deduct and one lady told us that is ilegal to dont deduct 35%.I just wonder, who the hell is right?

    Many thanks
