would a crack on the exhaust manifold cause damage to the engine??. I know it causes less mpg and power loss but other than that can it be harful??. the crack itself is about the width of a pencil but all the way around the manifold, just need to know if i can still drive before it gets fixed. thanks

Likely to cause damage no not very likely. Possible but not likely.

Possible to gas yourself yes. Exhaust gas not good for your health.
