    I was wondering if there is any alternative equipment to Vodafone's SureSignal?

    Not legally anyway, but I imagine it won't be long before eircom release something similar.

    If reception is poor in a particular area, maybe you could canvass neighbours or whoever to contact your provider and complain, or switch networks.
