Wood powerd trucks and cars are and were nothing new in post war Europe or on gas starved US farms as tractors.:p
Not that difficult to do and I reckon we could "mad max " a few cars and trucks around here to this new fuel if need be.

They're fairly daycent alright just a shame they're in Missouri. There has to be loads of these kind of places in Russia for free although maybe a bit more run down simply because the government forgot about them in the cold war as it did with many Radio Thermal generators around the place


I'd buy St. Kilda if I could, or a similar remote island in a place that actually has nice weather. Build an inconspicuous looking dwelling, like a cottage with a much larger underground space. There was an island for sale in a massive lake somewhere in Africa for sale a while back, always wonder what happened it

at least you won't have to deal with 'scum' after SHTF. but you'd be hoping whats left of the government doesn't want to rediscover it and use for a hiding place

Thats the problem with both of those sites be it Russia or the US.Uncle Vladimir or Uncle Sam might suddenly discover a pressing need again for them in some shape or form and you would be out on your ear.:(
From what I've seen in pics the Russian ones were massive complexes,but their concrete doesnt look like it wa that hectic.Its crumbling already..
