What questions should I expect in a Job interview with Three Ireland

    Hello :-)

Got lucky enough to be offered a job interview with Three Ireland for the run up to Christmas. Interview is tomorrow morning and needless to say, I'm bricking it :D

Never had an interview before and don't know what to expect. I wouldn't imagine the questions are going to be really hard but I don't want an awkward pause to ruin it for me with a question I didn't expect to come up

Would any of you have any tips or questions I should expect to be asked?

Also in regards to appearance would a shirt, tie and slacks suffice? Also is it a mistake to go to an interview with facial hair? It's no santa clause beard but it's neither the "I just woke up and wasn't bothered stubblyfacé"

Anyway any advice, tips words of wisdom from your own experiences would really help me out!

    Thanks

I applied there too - just now, online.
Did you apply online or in person?

They seem pretty casual in their job description, their main thing is customer service. i assume they will ask you about ur c/s experience, how u would deal with a difficult customer, maybe how much u know about phones??

I'd say shave if you can

The slacks shirt and tie is perfect

    best of luck
let me know how u get on and if u applied online!!!

Was in there on Thursday. No word from them yet but I was told I'd be contacted in 2 days from the date of the interview and I felt the interview went well, despite it being my first :D

I applied online myself and they followed up with a phone call to schedule an interview which was for the next day which was short notice but I was told there are training days on Monday 14th and Tuesday 15th

I didn't shave :o only because I didn't think it helped my appearance as I do look older with a beard and wanted to be taken seriously, hopefully it made that impact. The shirt, tie, slacks and black shoes went well IMO

The person I was interviewed by was very nice and the questions were very general about myself and my experiences with an environment that included teamwork.
There was no questions in relation to their products, my knowledge of them or the business itself which was unfortunate as I researched quite a bit.
If you want any more information on the interview itself let me know and good luck with the job hunt!

I will get back to you if they call me, literally sent it in this evening, spent a bit of time on application so hopefully.....

it might be too late for me now, if they are training on monday and tuesday

I'm so ragin I only saw it today.. but I think they only posted it a few days ago

If you get it will you try and find out if there will be more training days!!
    Thanks!

    hope u get it now

Had an interview with them last week as well, went pretty well, chatting away for a good while.
But nonetheless, training meant to be beginning this week so it seems I've missed out on it....yet another interview bites the dust....ugh!

    Hi.
Going for an interview for a permanent marketing position with Three later this week and just wondering if anyone has been there/done that?
Also wondering if anyone has feedback on what it's like to work there.
    Cheers!
