ESB "Discount"

    My father told me that ESB are offering discounted rates but you have the ring them as they dont give it to you otherwise! Is this true?

    Hi Jerry Seinfeld,

    It is required of customers to contact us to have discounts applied to their accounts, as there are different discounts offered for different types of set-up: direct debit, online billing, dual fuel, and the customer would need to let us know which one(s) they wish to opt for. So unfortunately, it would not be possible for the system to automatically apply these.
    Also, these price plans have a new set of terms and conditions, and it is a requirement that we have customer confirmation on record that they agree to these T&C.
