Just out of curiosity, what constitutes "spouse/partner" for the purposes of the Law Society bursary?
Obviously if you are married you have a spouse, but does partner mean legal partner only. i.e. civil partnership. What about those who have been living with someone for 5 years+ and have rights under new cohabitants legislation? And if you have a "partner" but none of the above apply to you have to list them?
