Can my employer see my qualifications?

I did a MS exam a couple of years ago so that the company I work for would be eligible to be listed as a Small Business Specialist company. This meant I had to link my MCP ID number to the company within the MS Partner Program website.

I now want to do some more MS exams in my own time, without my employer knowing about them. Does anyone know if any extra qualifications I earn will be visible from the MS Partner Program website if I use the some ID number for exams? If they are visible to my employer when he logs onto the website, questions will be asked!

You can see the qualifications, i.e. MCTS, MCSE etc, but not what they're in, or when they were achieved. You also need to go looking to see them.

Here's what it has for me for instance...
