missing rent allowance payment

I am going to go into the CWO again tomorrow to try sort this out but just wondering if anyone has had something similar happen.

i have been receiving rent supplement the last 3 months i collect it every thursday.i went in to the po last thursday, the 3rd and was told it had expired. i went straight to the cwo, thankfully they were open. she told me that there had been some mistake and that my ra for last week was issued on the monday and as i wasn't collected by wednesday it was marked as expired. she said she would ring me but that i should have 2 payments this week and to check the po on monday. i didn't get a phone call but one weeks payment was in po on monday, the receipt was marked for this week, so i am still missing last week's payment. it seems like my day for collecting ra was changed from a thursday to a monday without them telling me. has anyone any experience of something like this? i will go to cwo tomorrow but its a pain as i haven;t done anything wrong yet i'm the one having to chase it up.

Happened to me with my SWA a while back. It is a pain, but it gets sorted in the end. You do have to chase it though.
