Can't see them doing much better than this year tbh. The haven't a hope of winning Leinster next year, Kilkenny, Dublin and Galway are streets ahead of every other team in Leinster.

I wouldn't be optimistic from a Wexford point of view in regards to silverware next year, but I wouldn't be too pessimistic in terms of development. I don't think they'll beat us (Kilkenny), Dublin or Galway, while Offaly aren't as bad as people think. But Wexford have decent young lads coming through, some of them looked decent and up for it against us in Wexford Park earlier this year, despite us winning handy.

Wexford's three greatest problems over the last few years has been their lack of physical power, lack of fitness in the last 15 minutes and poor defensive decisions. I'd expect the new management to sort out the fitness and physicality ASAP, Dublin did it last year, and work on the defensive co-ordination during the league. They'll need to find a few more young lads but I wouldn't rule it out.

They probably won't win anything this year, but if they do manage to win Division 1B and be competitive during the championship and put it up to the bigger sides it will be a good year for Wexford.

This is the first year really that we should see some sort of change at senior level from the underage structures set up a few years ago in Wexford, hopefully it'll come to pass and ye'll come back to the fore.

well your years behind us cat's:D but Liam Dunne might do a job there.
offaly won't be simple i tell you in the first round in tullamore as Coolderry
have put Oulart to bed in the leinster final already in the club.

maybe in a few years time you wouldn't know but wexford will have to win something to get live back into the hurling club or county they have to win something.

i think the football is getting stronger in wexford which will do harm to the hurling.
