Permanent tsb forcing customers to use self service banking machines.

If you've been in a PTSB branch recently, you would have noticed that the cashiers are forcing people to use the self service machines to lodge cash and chqs. My grandmother was quite upset at this as she hates using these machines. I've noticed that if you put a coin with your lodgement they cant force you to use the machine. so now my granny is lodging 201 every week instead of 200. Spread the word guys.

But it's much quicker and frees up the cashiers to do more complicated things. I think it's a great improvement.
