I've searched for posts but cant find anything recent. Have to catch a connecting flight but have only 1.5 hours, is this enough time to get from T1 to T4??

Might be tight, but it is doable.

If your bags are already checked through, and you have the two flights booked on the same ticket, there is a connecting bus service you can use. Just stay on the plane, and exit via the rear stairs. The bus brings you to the Terminal 1 flight connections centre, and from there you just get on a bus to T4.

I'd prefer to have a bit more time anyway. Not impossible, but not comfortable either.
