    I bought a 2008 Volvo s80 new for about 40k..2.0litre petrol...

now i am thinking i must of been mad because they are only selling for about 12grand now,(privately anyway) 3 and a half years later...

(I dont want to hear the usual "why would anyone buy a new car".. I know all cars lose loads of money as soon as they leave the forecourt :))

I only do about 6k miles per year now,, so i am probably better off keeping it?

My question is Is there any decent cars around the same size, age and same level of comfort going for similar money if i fancied a change?

You've done 21k miles in three years. You know how the car has been maintained and looked after.
Provided you keep it up the car should go 10years without problems or evening a timing change!
Keep the car - why buy a car which will generally have more mileage and the maintenance is an unknown quantity!
And further more you won't find anything more suitable for the price!

    S80 is a dream car...

Sell it if you want to change the social status given by the car !!!

If you go for another second-hand,it comes with his own unknown issues by you ! At least with this one,you know it inside out !

    Enjoy it...
