gym question

what times/days do the sport clubs have training in the gym? I'd like to get in early so the place isn't packed, but there's no point in getting up at 06:00 if the whole rugby team is in there. anyone know which mornings(if any) are safe?

None....
9-11 is usually quiet enough, and 2-4/5 is too.
