Buying DLC on Playstation

    Hi

    I am trying to buy some thing on the playstation store through my Playsation 3. I got to it and enter my Credit Card details and it keeps coming back saying the card information is wrong.

    Would it have something to do that it keeps asking me for what state I am in. Is there something I need to change that they know I am living in Ireland.

    Or do I need to set up and account online before I can buy through the playstation 3.

    You need to put your information onto the PS3 and it then has your details on the system.
    To do this, go to Account Management > Account Information > Billing Information.
    Once it's there you should get what you want.
