I recently upgraged from Sky plus box to Sky HD box, however i have noticed that on the HD box it does not show the name of the programme you are viewing on the blue banner if it is on other channels.
Is there a solution to this problem, its not a big problem but i would like to be able to see the name of the programme i have selected.

. it wont allow you to see what's on the epg for the channel though. (just now and next)

On other channels on my Sky HD box I get the channel name but not the programme, I get "Schedule information is not available", which is even worse than OP. :(

I have contacted Sky today via the live chat on the website. They advised me to do a rebuild. Fingers crossed that this will rectify the problem.

This is what sky advised me to do. Still at work so i'll try it when i get back.

This process will stop all recordings in process and reboot the box. If there is a recording underway, consider waiting until it is completed. Rebuilding the planner will not delete any existing recordings.
    1. Press services on your Sky remote control and you will see the main menu with Options highlighted.
    2. Highlight the Settings menu using the right arrow button and press select.
    3. Press 0 (zero), 1 then select to access the Installer Setup menu (this menu is not listed on the Settings menu options).
    4. Use the left/right arrows to highlight Rebuild (this will change to Sky+ Rebuild when reached) and press select.
    5. The on-screen message "This will take a few minutes to complete. The rebuild will stop all recordings and reboot your Sky+" will appear. Press select to continue.
    6. The on-screen message "Housekeeping please wait" will appear and take up to two minutes to clear. If your Sky+HD box continues to display this message for longer than two minutes please carry out a power reset (below) with the viewing card removed.
    7. Once complete your Sky+HD box will switch itself off and then back on automatically displaying the red standby light.
    8. Ensure the red standby light on the box has re-appeared, then wait for 3 minutes.
    9. Press sky your remote control and the light on your Sky+HD box will turn green

I have contacted Skyhelp on twitter to see if they can give me a solution. Firstly they told me that you cannot access that type of information on channels which have been added manually. I advised them that i could on my old Sky + box, and that anyone else who i know that have sky can access it.
Then they told me to do a reboot....I told them i did that twice but nothing has changed. They havent got back to me since.
