    Anyone know what size screwdriver I need to open the case and/or where I can buy?

    If I remember correctly it's a Philips #1. Have a look in the manual, there's a section in the middle about replacing the RAM and Hard Drive.

    The manual says to remove the 10 (Philips) screws. Nothing more.
