Zanussi Whirlpool Condenser Dryer Problem

I have a 6 year old Condenser Dryer.
The plastic container on the bottom left of the dryer no longer collects the water. Hence, after putting the dryer on it stops after 15mins or so.
When I take the plastic container out it is empty, the water then leaks out from the machine and I can start it again.

So, somewhere along the line, something is preventing the water from going into the plastic container.
I've checked the attachment at the back of the plastic container, it looks fine.

Any thoughts on what's going on there?
    Can I fix it?

For the water to get to the plastic container it is pumped if up high or by gravity if down low(yourcase) if water is not getting to the container it is usually the pump is gone(which does not apply to you) or the tubes to the container are blocked with fluff.

    Thats has been my experience.
