    hi there,i owned land 2 acres in size.we had an entrance from one roadway and my engineer told me we also had an entrance from the top of the site which i didnt know about.we opened up this entrance aswell and got the site divided in teo and i sold the bottom half of the site with the original entrance to my brother.my other brother wanted to buy the top part but when we went to my solicitor she said the top acre is now landlocked as the entrance that we had been told was ours actually isnt ours at all!can anyone advise me on what to do next?my engineer said he would have to check the map again but he wouldn't have told me open it up if it wasnt mine and my solicitor is saying well its def not yours!
