I'm looking to rent commercial space in a clean, secure, professional warehouse premises, but as a sharing / sub-let arrangement, ie: approx 200 - 300 sq m to include 30 sq m office / workshop North Dublin City Must be ground floor Anyone know of forums / sites / communities where this kind of rental is advertised?

Take a look at the commercial listings on daft.ie myhome.ie and estate agents websites.

Talk to a few estate agents and ask if they have anything available.

With a shared space, insurance may be more difficult.
