Meteor Sim Only Bill Pay deals

Been thinking about going to Meteor bill pay, was looking at the 25 euro sim only option on here http://www.meteor.ie/bill-pay/ but when I click it I end up at this https://phones.meteor.ie/bp/choose_a_plan page where its only offering 15 euro and 40 euro options. Anyone know what the story is with that ? is it a mistake…
