    Hi all,
Mods excuse me if this has been asked before, delete or move if ye want

Im looking for advice as to which type of mixer to buy for making larger quantities of dough, I would be talking two kilos of flour at a time, we have been asked to produce bread for a local market and we usually do it by hand but when your making thirty odd breads or more it gets a bit hard on the arms.

I was looking at the Kenwood Kmix and the Kitchen aid, I know nothing about them so just wondering if any of them would be up for the job

    Thanks:)
