Littlewoods Credit

    Hi,
    I've set up a Littlewoods account and was initially given €400 credit. On the "My Account" screen it clearly said €400 available to spend yet after I've put through an order it has come back "Credit Rejected" and available to spend at €0. Anyone know why this is? I thought when it said successful that was it! Do Littlewoods run a credit check?

    ***FYI I know Littlewoods have crazy credit but low on money so chose to do this for Xmas presents only*****

    Only Littlewoods can tell you what's going on here, but yes, they do run a credit check of some form.

    If you're low on money, then buying items at 35% APR is a really crazy idea.

    you have to pay a deposit before you get your items eg you are ordering 400 euro worth of items you need to pay 50 euro in the post office using a giro they sound u out in the post...then make your order again

    Same thing happened to me, i registered, got accepted and had the credit limit to spend and then it was rejected. Today i then got an e-mail saying thanks for my first order but on the my account section it says i havent ordered anything. More trouble than its worth i think :S so confusing!
