McMillan Core dvd's workout

Hi All;

I was looking at the McMillan site and i saw these dvd's. I am interested in core workout as its something i never really did in the past.

I tried a bit before but think i prefer to follow a program on dvd.

Does anyome know if these dvd's can be bought in europe and will they work on dvd player here?

A lot of his athletes pull out of marathons with injury so Im not sure you want his DVD

This might be a stupid question.

Looked at those videos last night and did the first video.
Is it just repeat the 1st video exercises maybe 2/3 times a week for a few weeks?

Just do it the same amount of times she does it n the video?
