Thought you missed the cyclocross boat? Get onto it now!

I'm selling my Specialized S-Works Tricross (size 58). It is an E5 frame with the Carbon fork.

Groupset is SRAM Force with a rival rear derailleur (but with ceramic KCNC jockey wheels), Nokon sealed gear cables for the rear derailleur. 42T big ring (I can change it to a 46T if you wish). KCNC Seatpost, Specialized Phenom SL Saddle, KNCN 10SL chain, TRP brakes – a very light bike.

Not being sold with the Tufo wheels as pictured. Bike is in excellent condition – only one mark on the inside of the chainstay when my wheel rubbed against the frame when it had a broken spoke.

    Price without wheels/cassette: €1250
Price with almost new Aksium Wheels, cassette and Rocket Ron tires (ie. Ready to race): €1450

My blog post on the bike: http://ryansherlock.blogspot.com/2011/10/my-specialized-tri-cross-cyclocross.html

I'm only around today, but Mel is around for viewing for another few days – then we are off for a month training – so if you are interested, let me know soon!

    Bike is in Dundrum, Dublin

    Hi Ryan,

Got to see the race the other day and thought it looked like something i'd like to try out so im very interested in the bike.

Im not sure how tall you are but im about 6'4", do you think it would be large enough?

Also €1200 is the most i could stretch to, so let me know either way

    Regards

    Dave Mc

I'm 6"2, you should be grand on it (I'm pretty stretched/aggressive on it) - I could also ride a 56 so the 58 should be right (Specialized call it XL).

I could do €1,200 but it would be without wheels/cassette. If you have your normal road wheels, use them for now and grab a few tires.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately ill need something that's ready to go, and currently its just over what i can afford. I realise you are looking for a quick sale so ill have to withdraw.

    good luck with the sale.

    cheers

No bother, it is pretty nice for a starter bike :)

Happy hunting (and get one soon - St. Annes is a great course)
