FridgeFreezer making gurgling noises

HI, I have a Zanussi Fridge Freezer that's about 7 years old. About two weeks ago it began making a gurgling/waves/bubbling noise (sometimes sounds like an ultrasound scan!). Anyone have similar experience? Will it blow? Can it be repaired? Should I replace it or start saving for when it dies? Model is Zanussi ZI918/12K.…

HI,
