    Just a word of advice for anybody think of using these cowboys.

    I recently send an HDD to them to see could they get anything off it.

    # Most arrogant, ignorant phone manner possible

    # Paid €16 for delivery over phone and dropped it into DID electric as their pick up point where it sat for 2 weeks cause I am expected to ring them again to tell them it is there for them to arrange collection.

    # sent them an extra external HDD without a power cable and they threw a hissy fit about them not having a power cable. C'mon, they are standard power cables! This 'held them up' a further week.

    # couple of weeks they ring to say they can't get anything off drive and will return it

    # a few weeks later it finally gets sent back to DID. I inspected the drive and they didn't ever remove the cover of the drive. From what I can tell they just plugged it in and couldn't see that data and that was that.
