Getting "desk diving" swirls out of a brushed bracelet

Annoying, isn't it? You wear your new watch a few times and almost immediately you have these micro swirls/scratches on the bracelet and clasp ...very unsightly.

Well, for a brushed bracelet/clasp the solution is very simple. I've just used one of these and returned one badly marked Vostok Europe bracelet to "as new" condition.

They are 3M sanding sponge sheets, I used grade "fine" ...had some in the shed from working on the car at some point.
Keep the watch on the wrist, turn it back and forth and just gently "wipe" the bracelet (along the direction of the grain of course) with light pressure of the pad until the swirls are gone.

I've also heard of pot scrubbers used for this purpose, but I'd say one of these pads gives better control.

Now ...what to use to clean up small polished areas?

A Cape Cod, plenty of patience and a gander at this would be a good starting point. I just wish I had access to the second item on the list.....

the perfect kit for brushing a bracelet is:

    1) Brushed Titanium Refinishing Pad, for big swirls

    2) Scratch Removal Pen, very useful for the small polished areas

    3) cape cod clothes

All the above is available on ebay for about 30-35 euros
